      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Stubben Edge (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di set 2023

      Great up until the end, I did some fairly standard salary negotiations, talked to Jason the CTO who confirmed he could pay the amount I was looking for (90k industry standard is around 85 initial offer was). Then next day they sent me a rejection, which was a shock, and I had turned down my other offer so they left me in a terrible spot. Tried to settle on the original 80 but they wouldnt accept, seemed fairly emotional. But, importantly, dont trust what the CTO says! Take home programming test that was fairly straight forward, building a serverless backend with tests Interview with engineer and testing manager which was quite good, great questions from both, generally around the issues they currently face Interview with CTO

Whilst salary negotiations are an important part of the recruitment process, we have to ensure that we are initiating relationships that are fair to both the employees and the level of the role. We are sorry that in this case, an agreement could not be made.
