Very casual. They really needed people. We sat and talked for about an hour, and I got the sense that they would have accepted anyone. There was nothing unexpected about the interview, except that it was more about racial understanding than about the environment.

Interview happened several weeks after applying. It was a quick zoom interview. Very simple. Questions mostly about experience with teaching, students/youth, conservation, and outdoor work. Position was offered in interview.
