The interview is a pre recorded interview. You can complete it in your own time rather than having to arrange a time and date but it's best to do is as soon as possible. You watch a video of somebody asking you a question then you take your time to plan your answer and when you're ready press record and record yourself answering the question. You get 3 attempts at recording a response to each question however you have to submit your most recent recording. There was 11 pre recorded questions to answer.
