I first Interviewed with the Area Manager. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. After the initial interview, I then had a phone interview with the HR Vice President. That interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. Following that interview, I was asked to come in for a shadow visit to see the operation and ask questions of current managers and employees. After the shadow visit, I was given the opportunity to experience Studio Movie Grill as guest along with my family. Then I received an offer letter and I was given a few days to make my decision.

Colloquio
It is an extensive Interview process. I went through 4 stages. Had an interview with 2 different Recruiters and then another Senior Recruiter. Finally went to one of the Theaters to see a day in the life and talk with current Management an Area Director and someone from Home Office happened to be there during my walk through.
I was looking forward to hopefully receiving an offer from the company and was told I would hear by end of week after my walk through with the Area Director. After reaching out to everyone I interviewed with, I never was even given the courtesy of a phone call back or an email saying whether I would be offered or not. To put someone through all those interviews and not even have the courtesy to call them back or return an email, even if there is no offer is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This company has a lot to learn as it grows.
