I don't even understand why they ask two rounds of interview. First one is with employees and the other one is with Vanessa Keith. Employees seems they don't know anything

Applied online. Two part process, first with other designers and the second with the owner. Went through entire portfolio both times and asked to present work. Both staff and owner were easy to talk to and friendly.
