There was an online test assessing language proficiency and the ability to edit writing (grammar and composition). It did not take very long. After this, if qualified, documents (including a background check) are requested to complete the hiring process. There is a training to complete once documents are approved.

I wasn't required to attend an interview. Instead, the application process involved submitting my details online, followed by completing an extensive written test that thoroughly assessed my skills and knowledge.

Colloquio
The process was extremely straightforward and mostly automated. They have you first write an aptitude test which is fair and not difficult if you are comfortable with your writing. Once the aptitude test is graded, you receive instructions to submit your documentation and they will review everything once you go through the learning modules.
