First I sent three of my clips to the supervisor and once they were okay'd I was asked to develop three different pitches. The supervisor selected one and gave me about a week to write a 1000 word article about. After I submitted that I got the position.

There wasn't a formal interview where I was asked questions. It was purely based on the strength of my writing and pitch ideas.
