Skype interview. It was really easy. Asking about your experience and trying to solve different cases . First example, if you are with a group of students for a walking tour in London and its start raining what are u doing.generally the recruiters were very kind and smily, so no anxious is needed ! Finally, after solving some cases they started asking practical things like availability, centre that you would like to work in .

Colloquio
Phone call with 5-10 minute conversation, followed by scheduling of face-to-face interview in the following week. The interview was conducted within an hour. There was some time at the end to ask one or two questions. Interview was done in a small room.
