The interview happened a month ago. The process starts with a reading and math assessment, and once you pass that, you move on to an interview after a few days. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled with the interview itself. The recruiter asked me plenty of questions, but when I tried to get some basic details like the exact tutoring location, how many students I’d be working with, or what the training looks like, she was super vague. It felt like she couldn't give me a straight answer, which was a bit of a weird experience for me.
