Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso StudyBlue (San Francisco, CA) nel mese di lug 2017
Colloquio
There were 2 phone rounds and 4 onsite in-person interviews. A lot of focus was on cultural fit apart from technical skills. Most of the technical questions were related to the job description and my work experience. Interviewers were experts in their fields and would go deeper into a topic that closely relates to a similar problem you could potentially solve at Studyblue

Recently interviewed with StudyBlue.
I only got as far as the HR interview and it was ridiculous!
A phone screen was set up with the HR for a Back End - Software Engineer position.
I had a very good conversation with her and spoke about my interests and why I wanted to join StudyBlue. I had mentioned startup atmosphere and also that I was excited to work on "all" layers of the stack. Turns out this was a big mistake. Later when I got the reject and asked for feedback, I was told they are looking for candidates who are only interested in "Back End" since I had shown interest in Full stack they are not considering me!
This is the first time some company is rejecting based on more interest!
