      La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso StyleDoubler (Giakarta) nel mese di set 2022

      I had an interview session with the CEO. He seems so tired/jetlag/bored? I don't know but really showing a minimum expression. I was so excited for the interview no matter what the outcomes but when I can sense it was really a stiff interview (asked me very technical questions) I then realised it's not that kind of interview where the company wanted to get to know me and see how I can add value to the company. It's like a very technical interview that I never got into in any startup or multinational companies that I ever had experience. My feedback for the CEO or the management: remember that the candidate can share anything bad or good about the interview process to anyone. It's not about me thinking "does the company like me?" but I always think "do I like the company and its people?" everytime I have done the interview. Thus, you as a leader need to practice more how to be excited to getting know the candidate, whether you like them or not it shows you respect their time and interest. As a bonus you will have a good reputation as a company/startup. After the interview make sure to share constructive feedback not just "due busy year we put the role on hold" then why you waste someone' time to do the interview. It's unreasonable answer, just reject me "we don't think you're a good fit" etc that would be acceptable. I wish this reason will not be shared to other candidates because that's a weird answer. You seems don't know what you want, or can't reject someone properly. It would be great to talk to Indonesians and listen to their interview experience. Usually other companies can share "due to budget restraint we need to put the role on hold" and candidate will understand. But your feedback "due to busy year we put it on hold" doesn't make sense. My logic is that because it's a busy year then that's why you want to hire someone to help you. That's should be the logic.

      Not question just my feedback: Very technical questions about my experience, to be honest it's boring questions, I can sense if he confused sometimes. Would be great if the questions are more into how can my past & current experience can added value to the role I'm applying to and why. Thus, not just talking about my very technical past experience, that could be very different with other companies and make you confused. You are building a business in the marketing and influencer industry, I found it weird the interview was like I'm applying to management consulting company.
