Colloquio
4 rounds - HR interview, interview with product lead, take-home assessment, then 4-part final round interview with a software engineer, product lead again, CTO, and CEO. Interview with the software engineer was the only real technical part where you went through product decisions together

They asked for a ton of examples of how you handled certain situations. Just a lot of behavioral questions
Recruiter call followed by a HM interview, followed by a round of 2 technical interviews (coding and SD). I solved the coding round problem with pretty much no negative signals, but lo and behold I had the rest of my interview process terminated midway with the other scheduled interview canceled because of 'poor feedback' with zero explanation (ghosting to follow, true to form as seen in other responses here). I've seen my fair share of interviews and rejections (tons of rejections!) in the industry and had nothing but positive takeaways from those experiences - this was quite simply by far the most bizarre and unprofessional experience I've had.

Coding up a rudimentary project involving reading csv-like files, parsing them, and doing some operations on data.

I spoke to a recruiter and was referred to the hiring manager. Then I spoke to the hiring manager about behavioral questions. I did not make it further in the process.

Give an example of a time where you had to push back against leadership.
