Was a great interview with my would-be manager and one HR person. 40 min interview consisting of 10 mins of the HR person describing what the company does, 10 mins of manager describing what the team does, and 10 mins of me explaining my previous role. Only 10 mins of 'technical' questions which were quite basic. Was given opportunity to ask my questions as well at the end.

Abordagem via Linkedin. Etapas com RH e gestores de área. Careceu retorno do processo, apesar dos profissionais aparentemente gostarem do perfil do candidato e efetuarem proposta salarial. Equipe no Brasil reduzida. Modelo de trabalho presencial.
Very relaxed, allowed to speak and unobtrusive. An easy discussion with manager and team leader as well as HR present to answer non-technical questions. Only one interview round was required.
