The process was very thorough, but very fast, that being said, I never once was left wondering what happens next. The process consisted of 3 interviews, 1 initial phone call with a talent rep, 1 video call with 2 sales managers and 1 video call with two higher up employees! Everyone was very matter of fact, yet kind! I loved my interview process.

Been applying for this company for a few years now, ive been extremely passionate about their mission and have a huge desire to help further the work they have been doing. Over the course of those few years ive had one interview. Its extremely competitive to even get selected, you just gotta pray and hope the recruiters eyes happen to land on your name. After that I had an interview and was ghosted after. A year or so later i reached out to a friend that works there and asked for a referral. To which i was then told that i wouldnt be interviewed because my communication was not professional. This is extremely disappointing. This will be my last attempt trying to work for a company that I have dreamed of working with. All to be denied a second time because asking for a referral is unprofessional??? Since when?? Every environment I have ever worked in hiring managers love referrals because it makes hiring a great candidate much easier. When all is said and done, I know subsplash itself is a great company but the hiring team seems to lack some humanity. They dont see people they see resumes.
