Initially put in an application online. Received a call to come in-store, and filled out a paper application. Went through an interview with the store manager. A few days later, I was asked if I had any questions/comments/concerns about the interview. I did not, and was scheduled to come in and fill out paperwork including a background check, w-2 forms, and state income tax forms.

There were really no set questions, rather he based his questions on answers to previous questions.
Easy informal , I applied and was called right away. Went in next day for the interview. I was hired on the spot. I appreciate it they don’t waste your time.

The interviewer asked professional, thoughtful questions and offered helpful advice that really boosted my confidence. I appreciated their communication style, approach, and skills, which made me feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout the entire interaction.
Good. Informative. Got the job. It was an easy interview process and they asked easy questions. I’d recommend studying the history of subway to better understand their business model. Such a great experience.
