Gave them my resume in person. Waited until the manager was free near the end of the shift and she promptly interviewed me, which consisted of filling out forms and asking basic personal information questions. Nothing hard.
Afterwards, training consisted of working frontline and preparing ingredients. You are also required to fill out an online training survey thing called Subway University. This usually takes about 5-7 days, doing a little bit everyday.

Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
