Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

This was my second Subway interview and third interview overall for me. I applied online a week ago and received a phone call from the manager. We set up an interview next morning at 9:30. He was late by 10 minutes, but he was really nice and easygoing, so I liked him right away. He only asked me one question (Tell me about yourself) and told me that my resume was impressive. He had one other worker chat with me, and she liked me as well, so I got hired right away.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
