Applied online, 2 weeks later got a call for second interview; one week later got a second interview and hired on the spot on the second interview. Overall it was an easy interview.

no hard questions, just expect questions like
Q: Why subway?
Q: Do you have any experience in food handling?
Q: How will you react to a rude customer?
Q: Do you have transportation?
Q: Are you willing to transfer to a different Subway if we asked?
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
