They give you a call for an on site interview. After that, you will be asked customer service questions and talk about how you are doing in school. They want to make sure that you can handle the job and will be committed. They also ask you quick basic math questions to make sure you can think on your feet.

What do you do if you don't know the answer to a question a customer asks you?
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
