The manger talked about what kind of person she wanted to hire. How far do I live, if I would be able to make it to work on time, school, when am I available to work and how many days I can work. She wanted to make sure you were going to stick with the job. Got hired the same day.

Didn't really get asked questions. I only got told what I would have to do to be hired.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
