Was a simple interview. I was merely told about the jobs description and was given an application with a few simple math questions. I was called back in a second time after the interview to sign some forms.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
