Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process

I walked in and sat for a while. Then I was given a free drink and asked to wait longer. Brief introductions took place, then I was asked about my availability and when I could start. The whole process took about 30 minutes, two of which were spent talking to management. Not much of an interview.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
