Not very inviting. After filling out my application it took two months to call to book an interview. I was 10 minutes early, interviewer was 10 minutes late and they weren’t busy. I ended up having to lead the conversation because he just there, he was curt rude and dismissive, and I was left extremely unsettled about his entire demeanour. I think he noticed this because he abruptly ended the interview 5 minutes in and said he needs people with “drive” and I clearly just didn’t have it? 3 weeks later I got a voicemail from him trying to schedule another interview… I think I dodged a bullet

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
