Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

I applied online on their website and got a text a few days later telling me to call for an interview. So we scheduled for friday but the manager said it was busy so i should come back tomorrow. I filled out an application in the store. He asked me about how i would handle stress on the job and what not. Then he told me he will tell the owner and he would call me if they are interested. 2 hours later i got a call from the owner telling me i got the job and i have to start Subway University online. Took me about 10 hours straight to finish that.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
