There were two rounds of zoom interviewers and a video interview portion. They really wanted to make sure of 2 things 1)You are willing to work 7 am to 5:30 pm 2)You are able to be on your feet and do what is asked of you

It was fairly simple and quick process. I heard back within 2 weeks of applying. Easy behavioral questions and more so your education background and why you are interested in Success Academies.
