She then had me roleplay a scenario in which I had to discipline a student for talking, and decribed the schools' "consequence" disciplinary system. She corrected my answers until I was being verbally aggressive to the hypotehtical student. The interviewer didn't ask about my education or experience, it was exclusively about discipline; I was clearly uncomfortable and the interviewer asked if I could handle the classroom disciplinary policies, in which I told her I was not interesting in speaking to children like she had instructed. She closed my application.
