The interview was just a typical interview. Joe the interviewer asked me a few questions and that's about it, I then was asked to ask him questions, so I had to come up with several questions to mak the interview not too short.

The interview process was just behavioral questions about your teaching values and core values. It was a 30-minute meeting over Zoom, and if you get selected after it you go through the interview with the assistant vice principal.
