I had three interviews with the company. One was from the home office. I was asked why I wanted to work at the company and whether I was interested in the joining the annual company mission trip. I was also asked if I had any volunteering experience. The next interview was with the district manager. The last interview was the store manager.

The interview was relaxed, and management just seemed to want to get to know me and my personality. They did not seem to mind that I had no previous experience in the optical field.
