The interviews were professionally handled and coordinated. Suffolk was proactive and aggressive in scheduling interviews and making a decision due to other offers I was considering. I was interviewed by peers, direct manager and one level up from direct manager.

The process was straightforward. First a call with HR/recruiter, then a virtual with a project exec, then a multi-person in person interview panel. Seems like they are more concerned with the type of person you are and if you're willing to work hard.

Very comprehensive. Met with 3 different levels of management. Got a good sense of the company and their care about building cohesive teams. Meetings were via Teams and took a half hour each. The dates and times worked around my schedule.
