Phone Screening lasted about 20-30 minutes. Contained of general questions about knowledge of company, motivation for the role, what the position is about. A few detailed questions came up regarding working manner, how I do working in a team.

Colloquio
I applied on their website and contacted the recruiter on LinkedIn when I didn't heard back. We then had a phone interview, where the recruiter focused on the company I worked for previously to understand my background.
I then received an invite for an in person interview with the recruiter and HR Generalist. This was the typical job interview with questions about my professional experience as well as challenges and opportunities in the field and at Sugar Mountain. I also got to meet the CEO as he stopped by at the meeting room.
Only a few hours after this interview, I got another invite for an in person interview with the VP of HR as well as a link for a personality test that we discussed during this interview.
I had a third round of in person interviews only two days later to meet with employees from payroll and IT. We again covered typical job interview questions as well as our expectations.
On the same day, I got a call from the recruiter saying they would like to have me aboard and I was able to start the job only 2 business days later.
Once I followed up on my application, the process was super quick and communication was easy. Everybody I talked to was welcoming and open and we had great conversations. I not only had the chance to present myself but also to get to know the employees and the company, including possible challenges. This is something I really value.
