Quick phone interview. In person, scheduled, interview with Manager. Interview was scheduled for first thing on a Monday morning, which was not ideal for me and proved not to be ideal for the manager who arrived nearly 20 minutes late and was not prepared for me at all. Kept asking me the same questions, manager would take long pauses to stare at/read my resume. I felt the interview went hand-in-hand with the reviews that SCM is stuck in the mud with outdated processes. Was told that I would be contacted in a week, and if selected I would be called in for a second interview if my background check cleared. After reaching out to SCM I received an email that they had moved on with another candidate.
