I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say this role was new for them and what they probably wanted wasn't how the job description was created. The process itself was standard. Asking a bunch of questions one right after the other so it was very structured and too hard to have any conversation. At least for that role, you must have a background in education and wasn't really looking for transferable skills. The worst part was seeing one of the interviewers look at their phone and computer during it. Besides them, everyone else seemed friendly. Also got ghosted by them and never heard back either way.
