I was found through an agency. Interviewed with the out-going HR Manager and it was amazing. I went back for a second interview thinking I had it in the bag and the CEO was horrible in the interview. He wouldn’t make eye contact and he was on his phone the entire time. I was ready to go in there and rock the interview, but it was hard when he wouldn’t even pay attention to your answers. I felt it really suppressed my ability to interview strong and hurt my chances.
