H/R is very fun. They want to see if you are willing to stretch your thoughts. Not just, what would a bank do. They want to know what you would do if in charge.
This is a member 1st company. You need to be out going and helpful.

Interview screening with a member of HR and then a second panel interview with regional managers. Both interviews with digital/video conference.
While it was clear that these employees were working from home, I was expecting a bit more professional dress; the HR representative did not demonstrate a great first impression. Additionally, it took weeks after the interview to hear back, and all that they send you is a generic e-mail to let you know they went in another direction. Felt unprofessional.
