I was invited to interview for the position within a week of applying. Everyone at Summit is very warm and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I always felt welcome. The whole interview process took about 3 months (2 in person interviews) , but this position was in development for the specific branch, so there was not a rush to fill the position.
