These were literally the meanest people who have ever interviewed me. The boss left in the middle of the interview and then the person interviewing made a half dozen snide remarks. I left in tears

Interview process was in person and nothing special. Just a review of the resume with HR questions.
The person was very polite and asked questions regarding background experiences.
They also explained better what the position was about.
It is a good time to see if the job is the right fit for you or not.
