I received a phone call after which it was clear that this job listing was a scam. They claimed they could get me a job with "big clients" like IBM. Their email was also suspicious (bad formatting, grammar, etc.). Do not talk to this company or sign/download any documents they send.

It was an easy process; you receive a call and are offered the position with the explanation of the role and the training and evaluations required to get the contract.
