Pretty simple a brief phone interview and half hour. Be careful, when they are ready to make an offer they do not want you to give your former employer a full two weeks notice.

I was referred by a current employee, so I submitted my resume and was called in for an interview. It was Pretty Straight forward. I had a panel interview with my potential Manager, HR assistant and HR manager. They took turns asking questions about my work history and what I was looking for in a new job. They made me feel very comfortable. Two days after my interview, I was offered the position.
