I did a couple of oral interview and online assessment. I had 2 interviews with my manager, one with the FC manager and 2 online self assessments. The process took about a week. The questions vary from behavioural to skills type. Each session lasted about 30 minutes each

Interview fairly easy. Easy to get in. The training is top notch and intense.
However you need to run like a business not a corporate job.
In terms of interview, as long as you have an ambition and know the sales game. You're in.

Process is fast and straight forward, but the hiring managers usually missed mentioning the part of how the pre-contract system works and you might not be eligible for the role if you don't sell a certain amount worth of product during the period.
