Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Sun Life (Toronto, ON) nel mese di gen 2017
Colloquio
Phone screening with recruiter from Sun Life Financial that lasted approx. 20 minutes. Was caught off guard that they wanted ITIL for the Project Manager's role when it was not mentioned in the job description. Based on that felt they had changed the job role and glad we sort it out right away there was not a fit.

I applied online and received an HR Screening call Request within 2 weeks. The HR asked basic admin questions and the usual Why Sunlife and Tell me about yourself. The next Interview was with the hiring manager set after 2 weeks. The Interview with the hiring manager was for 30 mins and she asked very standard Behavioral questions. After this, there was supposed to be a culture fit round with the director. There is no case interview or take-home product assignment.
