The interview process took 3 weeks and I attended 7 rounds of interview in Sun life Gurgaon office. At first day they conducted 4 rounds :- written test, HR discussion, technical round and managerial round then I got a call from my consultant about clearing the rounds and now I have appear for another round which is director round. After another week again I got a call from the consultant saying that now I have to appear for partner round which with the onshore counter part of Sun life.. I appeared for another 2 rounds of interview this time with onshore counter part.. After taking 7 rounds of interview they say that your profile is on hold.. I don't understand why they conduct interview when they don't want to select people such a waste of time..
