Current co-op student, future supervisor, and Director (supervisor's boss) were all present and took turns asking questions and explaining their roles and main responsibilities as well as answered questions I had about their philanthropy and community environment.
30 min with HR at first interview. It was online and a nice woman from HR had a checklist question I think related to the job requirement. I booked the time that worked for me and questions were normal HR ones

It was a great interview process. They don't ask any trick questions and are very transparent from the start. They explain the job and responsibilities and open to answer questions.
