I applied for the co-op position through my college portal. It took 3 weeks for them to call me. The interview was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were casual (too casual). They were not even prepared with much questions. We talked about experience and the company. Next day I got a call from their recruiter saying I'd been hired but wanted to check with my International office for visa clarification. 2 hours later, I got a call from them saying I was rejected and they had moved on to the next candidate (without even talking to the office). I felt it was really unethical and unprofessional from their side and expected more from a company as big as this.
