There was a phone interview from HR to screen my application. Lady from HR mostly asked questions regarding my past experiences and some behavioral and situational questions. The next step was an in-person interview at their downtown Toronto branch with the manager herself. It was about an hour but we talked for about 1.5 hrs. There was supposed to be another round after testing technical program skills but I was honest that my skills weren't advanced enough and did not match with the software they were looking for which is why I didn't make it further.

Call on a phone for general chat of skills and experience. Invited for a 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager. I thought the interview went well but I got no response back at all after that, completely ghosted with no rejection email or confirmation whatsoever . Very unprofessional, they could have at least told me on the way out that I wasn't what I was looking for instead of leading me on.
