I first had a 30 minute phone interview which was fairly basic. This just went over some basic questions and why I wanted to work for Sunlife. I then moved to the 1st in person interview with 3 managers. It was informal and they mostly went over my resume and asked questions based on that. I then had a 2nd interview with a VP which again was very informal and he asked questions based on my resume. None of the questions were hard or unexpected.
I received an offer from Sunlife, but I had already accepted another offer by this point.

The hiring manager was a new intern who was not even knowledgeable about the company when I asked questions about the company. They kept saying they were too busy and couldn't check my emails.

Two stages, first online, with general questions, to get to know you like what do yo do in your free time, what do you like, what was your last job etc. and then a in person interview, more experience questions but not difficult, nice interview environment

What was I expecting from the company and why I applied to that position
Good interview ! I was interviewed 3 different times to make sure I was good fit. One interview was more casual get to know you. I felt confident in my interview
