Weird arrangement, called me for interview, done with it, then invited me to interview for the same post via JobBoard few days later, felt like nothing have ever happened. As expected, only a waste of time for so-called interviews

The interviewer is polite and nice. Smooth interview flow with multiple Q&A about technical and past job experience, Also interviewer asked multiple Case study questions to make sure how comprehensive knowledge I have Good expectation management to both sides.
