It was at first with HR, then it was with the technical part and the last interview was with one of the main managers at Sunlife. It was a bit scary since i had no idea but they were very nice

Initial screening with recruiter for 30 mins; Then actual interview with the team for 30 min. They were really impressed by my answers and overall interview went really well. Did not hear back for 10 days. Even though they hired someone from same Business Unit.
If they already had the person they wanted to hire, why even bother to conduct the interviews in first place
