In training they will teach you only about the company and products.
They don't give you indepth knowledge like college education
So candidates who go from non technical need to carry buckets to the managers who has energy sector background.
Managers don't give you leads , they rather try to give growth to freshers or newly joined ppl, in order to insult the experienced ppl and youu will Be carried away in internal politics phase
