I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days of submitting an application, and set up an interview with the hiring manager for the following week.
The first interview consisted of a discussion of my background and the role, followed by Q&A on why I may be a good fit. There weren't many behavioral or situational questions. At the conclusion of the interview I was told a second interview would be scheduled with another manager.
The second interview was with a senior manager who I would be working closely with. This interview was a bit more casual, and seemed to be focused on determining whether I was a good fit for the team.
The hiring manager kept me in the loop over the next couple weeks while a decision was made, and eventually scheduled a call to extend an offer.
Overall, I would consider it to be one of the better interview experiences I've had over the years.

Multiple phone interviews, and multiple in person interviews. They just seemed to be wasting my time by keep having me back in to talk to more people. It seemed like no one could make a decision or give me any answers.

There was no question out of the ordinary for the position.
