Conducted phone interview with recruiter providing fairly detailed information regarding past and current employment. Once approved, I had a follow-up interview with the hiring manager which lasted over an hour. Finally, I had an in-person interview with several attorneys, including the managing attorney. Questions were fairly routine based on my industry - no unexpected questions, but, I was asked to expand and expound quite a bit on past experiences.
